Case Management
The CRC Case Managers provide comprehensive social and human services, targeting new immigrant arrivals and low-income families throughout Mamaroneck and surrounding areas of Southern Westchester. This department is a cornerstone of the organization because immigrant populations cannot achieve true integration without securing their basic necessities such as housing, food, and safety.
The CRC Case Management Program is composed of bilingual case managers on staff who assist families with a variety of services including food security, access to public benefits, a host of social services, and referrals to an array of partners.
CRC provides culturally competent services, meets people where they are, and advocates for clients every step of the way, our services include:
- Assistance Emergency Cases: Examples Include Fires, Floods, & Evictions.

Voz y vida: Support for Victims of Domestic Violence
Our Voz y vida Program emerged as a compassionte response to support individuals the correlating challenges between immigrant populations and the domestic violence/sexual assault. Most of the victims/survivors would never consider walking into a DV/SA service office. Instead, the vast majority were walking into our multi-service agency for assistance securing basic human needs and job search support.
The CRC is a trusted and anonymous safe haven where they find compassionate care.
The Voz y Vida Program provides:
- Conduct Assessment
- High Risk Assessment and Safety Planning
- Individual Counseling with the Family Advocate
- Partnerships with Domestic Violence Agencies to Navigate the Legal System
- Referral Resources for Individual and Family Counseling
- Referrals to Workforce Development and Educational Programming
- Women’s Support Group
The goal of Voz y Vida is to create hope amongst the most vulnerable and traumatized individuals throughout Westchester County.
