OSHA Certification Program
Build safer, be safer! Earn the OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification!
OSHA stands for the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which is the government agency responsible for ensuring safe working conditions within the construction industry. The CRC offers the OSHA-authorized 30-Hour Construction Training for construction workers and supervisors to familiarize themselves with OSHA safety standards.
Course Benefits:
- Upon completion of the course, students will receive an official OSHA 30 card
- Increased employability
- Knowledge of safety standards workers are entitled to

SERVSAFE CERTIFICATION PROGRAM
Cook and handle food with care, get your ServSafe Food Handler Certification!
Earn certification in the 5 components of the restaurant/food industry.
Course Approach and Requirements:
- Students must attend 100 hours of ServSafe instruction
Gain Serv Safe Certification as you prepare for a Nationally Recognized Certification Exam. Highly desired employability skills will be taught.

Learn to Read Blueprints
The way to level up in the construction field!
CRC offers a comprehensive training course where students acquire essential knowledge and skills in advanced construction principles.
Course Approach:
- Learn key phases of construction (such as material recognition), tool identification, safe tool usage, and basic design principles.
- Learn how to interpret various types of blueprints, enhancing their understanding of construction planning and execution.
- Class offered in Spanish with a trained architect

Nanny Training: The Program for Domestic Workers
Together, we learn, we grow, we rise. A program for nannies and all domestic workers.
We Rise Nanny Training is a six-week certificate course in partnership with the National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) and Cornell University. It aims to raise the standards in the domestic work industry as well as enhance the skills of these workers.
The course will cover the following topics:
- Worker Rights
- Negotiations
- Social-Emotional Development
- Child Nutrition
- Communication with Families
- Home as a Workplace
- Health Care for Children
- Preventing Sexual Harassment
- CPR + First Aid
- Community Organizing

Learn Important Digital Skills
Digital Education is the future! Let’s advance Digital Equity together!
This comprehensive Digital Skills for Adults course is designed to equip learners with essential tech knowledge across three levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.
- Beginner Level: participants will master the basics of email setup and usage, identify and understand computer parts, learn about internet safety, navigate the Windows operating system, and become proficient in Microsoft Word. This foundation will help users build confidence in their daily digital interactions and ensure they are equipped with the fundamental skills needed for more advanced topics.
- Intermediate Level: participants will delve into the functionalities of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, enhancing their ability to create and manage spreadsheets and presentations. Additionally, they will explore the collaborative tools within Google Suite, gaining expertise in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Advanced Level: focuses on advanced Google Drive management, the implementation and management of multi-factor authentication for enhanced security, and an introduction to artificial intelligence (AI), covering basic concepts and practical applications. This structured approach ensures that participants can advance their digital skills in a logical and supportive manner, preparing them for the demands of the modern digital world.
